3M & HCLG Team Up at UK Construction Week 2024

UK Construction Week took place at Birmingham NEC, between 1st-3rd October. This exhibition is the UK's largest 'built environment' event and gives attendees the opportunity to explore new innovation, listen to insights, and network with peers.

3M had an exhibition stand at the show, and invited the HCLG to deliver a joint presentation in the 'Culture Change Hub' seminar theatre. The presentation was delivered by Ronnie Lett on behalf of the HCLG, and was supported by George Elliot at 3M. Together they covered the following topics:

• An introduction to the dangers of Silica Dust (RCS).

• Case study examples of how to control RCS using the Hierarchy of Controls.

• A reminder that case studies and free resources are available from the HCLG website.
